ACD today announced that Einstein Bagels has inked a new long-term lease at its Fry’s Shops retail center in Mesa, Arizona. The fast casual bagel favorite is expected to open at 1229 E. McKellips Road in 2025. James DeCremer of Avison Young brokered the deal on behalf of ACD.
ACD is pleased to announce that Total by Verizon is set to join its Belleview Connection retail center in Littleton, Colorado. The wireless mainstay’s no-contract concept is expected to open at 2745 W. Belleview Ave in early 2025. ACD purchased the Class A property from a private company in a transaction facilitated by Jeremy Ballenger of CBRE.
Eagle Mountain, UT – April 17, 2024 – ACD announced today that it has successfully launched its next Utah project with the acquisition of a 20.3-acre land parcel slated for retail development in the greater Provo-Orem market. ACD will develop the ground as a pad-ready site for Walmart in connection with a joint development project that will ultimately see the rise of a 200,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter as well as a Walmart fueling station / C-store.
