Denver, Colorado – Armstrong Capital Development, LLC has today announced that it has signed a lease agreement with Sports Clips Haircuts at its Sand Hill retail center in Colorado Springs. The popular sports-themed haircutting franchise is expected to open at 7875 Silicon Heights in fall 2022.

Sports Clips will join a diverse offering of retailers at Sand Hill, including 7-Eleven, Christian Bros. Automotive, Tropical Smoothie, Freddy’s Steakburgers, AT&T, Sand Hill Dental Care and others. Located at the heavily trafficked northeast corner of Marksheffel Road and Constitution Avenue, the center offers high-profile visibility to more than 37,000 vehicles per day and convenient signalized access to the top performing King Sooper’s Marketplace in Claremont Ranch. ACD expects to wrap construction on the center’s multi-unit retail phase this summer and is actively marketing its remaining available retail space.

Established in 1993, Sport Clips Haircuts is headquartered in Georgetown, Texas. Specializing in haircuts for men and boys, the company ranks #24 in the Entrepreneur "Franchise 500" for 2022 and is listed in Franchise Direct's 2021 "Top 100 Global Franchises". There are almost 1,900 Sport Clips stores open in the U.S. and Canada.
