Whitney Kaemmer joined Armstrong Capital Development in May of 2024 as a Summer Development Intern. She supports internal deal sponsorships of investments at all stages of their lifecycle and assists with administrative investor relations activities.
Before joining ACD, Whitney studied Management and Socio-Legal Studies at the University of Denver. Having previously worked as a Centralized Renewals Specialist at UDR headquarters in Highlands Ranch, CO, she is looking forward to advancing her real estate career into private equity at Armstrong Capital Development.
Favorite Things
Whitney enjoys skiing with her friends and family during the winter and hiking during the summer. She also plays the acoustic guitar and loves to attend live music events.

Whitney graduates from the University of Denver in June 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
