Whitney Kaemmer joined ACD in May 2024 as a Summer Development Intern and transitioned to a full-time role as an Investor Relations Analyst in September 2024. In her role, Whitney is responsible for supporting a broad scope of investor relations initiatives and fund administration activities. She also plays a key role in assisting internal deal sponsorships with due diligence and underwriting activities.
Whitney holds a degree in Management and Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Denver, where she developed a strong foundation in both business and legal principles. Prior to joining ACD, she worked as a Centralized Renewals Specialist at UDR in Highlands Ranch, CO, where she honed her skills in client relations and real estate operations. Whitney is excited to leverage her experience and passion for real estate to further her career in private equity and contribute to the growth and success of ACD.
Favorite Things
Whitney enjoys skiing with her friends and family during the winter and hiking during the summer. She also plays the acoustic guitar and loves to attend live music events.

Whitney graduated from the University of Denver in June 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
