Mason Strain joined ACD in June 2025 as an Investment Analyst. In his role, Mason is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions across ACD’s fund offerings, as well as performing various portfolio management tasks across ACD’s exiting investments.
Mason holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was an active participant in one of the top undergraduate real estate programs in the country. Prior to this role, Mason interned at Northmarq Capital Finance in Dallas, TX where he gained exposure to asset management and capital markets. Mason is excited to begin his real estate career and become a valued part of ACD’s growth and success.

Mason enjoys staying active and watching his favorite pro sports teams. He also enjoys skiing and playing poker with friends.
Education
Mason graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2025 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate.
