Karen Phan-Ho joined ACD in September 2026 as a Commercial Property Accountant. She began her accounting career as an intern at the Federal government before transitioning to public accounting, where she developed an understanding of the accounts receivable process and financial/tax reporting, respectively.
Over time, Karen’s growing interest in real estate led her to work in real estate accounting. She is responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and several other duties that support property management operations and tenant communications.
Favorite Things
Karen enjoys traveling, attending live shows, and exploring new food/drink spots. She also enjoys scrapbooking, drawing, and spending time with her cats.
Education
Karen graduated from the University of Colorado, Denver with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting.
