Josh Katzer joined Armstrong Capital Development as a Director of Development in 2019. Since that time, Josh has also been made Partner and Investment Committee Member. Josh is responsible for identifying and delivering acquisition and development opportunities from inception through completion, as well as asset management functions within ACD.
Prior to joining ACD, Josh spent 15 years with Walmart as a Senior Director of Real Estate where he was responsible for real estate strategy, site selection, entitlements, construction, and store openings of all Walmart formats. During that time, he is credited with opening over 150 Walmart stores throughout the US in 18 states, resulting in over $10 billion in real estate transactions.
Favorite Things
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, as well as engaging in as many outdoor activities as possible, including biking, hiking, golfing, and skiing. Josh has been active with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America Organization since 2012.

Josh graduated summa cum laude from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
