Jarrett Armstrong, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Armstrong Capital Development, shares responsibility for strategic vision and new investment generation while leading the acquisition, development, construction and property management functions within ACD.
Prior to ACD, Jarrett founded the Evergreen Group, a real estate investment firm, which was the precursor to the founding of ACD. Jarrett’s prior experience included 7 years in the investment banking sector having served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Jefferies & Company, a publicly traded investment bank. During an investment banking career, which took him to New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, Jarrett advised on acquisition transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion and raised in excess of $3.0 billion of debt and equity capital for corporate finance clients.
Favorite Things
Jarrett enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer. Alpine skiing - Jarrett recently discovered snowcat skiing - the outdoors, the local sports teams and Denver’s vibrant restaurant scene are among his favorite options. Jarrett also values the opportunity to work with local “do good” organizations. Jarrett is currently a member of YPO, Colorado and has served in the past for noteworthy causes such as Regis Jesuit High School, Colorado Youth at Risk, the AIDS Foundation in California and the ACE Scholarship Foundation.

Jarrett graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
