Greg Armstrong

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Greg Armstrong is a Partner and co-founder of Armstrong Capital Development where he brings 45+ years of commercial real estate brokerage, entitlement, development, and investment experience to the ACD platform. As the senior most partner within the firm, Greg leverages his experience on the various internal committees on which he sits to develop a business ethos consistent with ACD’s strategic vision while promoting values of an intelligent, fair-minded, leading edge, and professional environment.

Prior to co-founding ACD in 2005, Greg served as a Managing Director with the Trammell Crow Company, then a national development firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas.  While with Trammell Crow, Greg had direct oversight of the Brokerage Division and later the Development Division operations within Colorado.  As such, Greg had direct development oversight responsibility for numerous institutionally scaled office, retail-commercial, residential, mixed-use, transit-oriented and land investment projects for both corporate users and institutional investor clients.

Favorite Things

Greg enjoys spending time with his family, particularly in the Colorado mountains, and reading. Currently, Greg serves as president of both the Galleria Metropolitan District and Dove Valley Metropolitan District boards and has held prior board positions with the Greater Metropolitan Commercial Division, Denver Board of Realtors: Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors and Regis Jesuit High School Board of Trustees.
