Greg Armstrong

Partner

Greg Armstrong is a Partner and co-founder of Armstrong Capital Development where he utilizes his 40+ years of commercial real estate experience to oversee the identification, acquisition, design, governmental entitlement and development processes consistent with ACD’s strategic vision.

 

Prior to ACD, Greg was with the Trammell Crow Company, beginning in 1995 as a Principal where he had oversight of the Brokerage and later, Development Divisions. Promoted to Managing Director of the Colorado Development and Investment Division for Trammell Crow Company, Greg had direct development oversight responsibility for numerous projects for both users and investor clients. Foremost amongst these projects was the Coal Creek Business Park with its three office buildings and extended stay hotel; the Peakview Office Campus; several mixed-use, transit-oriented developments; and, the 102-acre, Walmart and multi-family anchored development at Hampden Town Center. During his tenure with Trammell Crow Company, Greg developed in excess of $225 million of office, retail, industrial and land programs.

Favorite Things

Greg enjoys spending time with his family, particularly in the Colorado mountains. Greg is currently involved with the Galleria Metropolitan District and Dove Valley Metropolitan District Boards and has held prior board positions with the Greater Metropolitan Commercial Division, Denver Board of Realtors, Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors and Regis Jesuit High School Board of Trustees.
