Gaurav Kukreja joined ACD as Director of Capital Markets in 2024. Gaurav is responsible for developing ACD’s marketing strategies and capital fundraising initiatives on behalf of the company’s portfolio of opportunistic value-add and stabilized core plus income vehicles.
Gaurav has more than 20 years of experience and leadership in real estate investments, capital markets and investment banking. Prior to ACD, Gaurav was Head of Capital Markets and Chief Investment Officer for Miller Global Properties, a Denver based real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for capital raising and investments in multifamily and hotels. Prior to that Gaurav was Senior Vice President at Amstar, a real estate private equity firm, where he worked for 13 years and was responsible for capital raising and investing in multifamily, hotels, and retail in the US, Central America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to that Gaurav was an Associate at Deutsche Bank, Real Estate Investment Banking, where he executed large LBO transactions, real estate portfolio sales and worked with the private placement group of the bank for raising comingled funds. Prior to business school, Gaurav worked with the development team of W Hotels and opened six new W hotels in the US.

Gaurav enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer including skiing, tennis, table tennis and biking. Gaurav also enjoys cooking and traveling.

Gaurav graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BS in Hotel Administration and University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with an MBA in finance
