Bryan joined Armstrong Capital Development in 2016. Prior to joining Armstrong Capital Development, Bryan worked at Excellere Partners, a middle market private equity investment firm that specializes in partnering with middle market entrepreneurs and management teams. Bryan’s responsibilities while at Excellere included all aspects of investment origination, due diligence, capital raising, and asset management. While at Excellere, Bryan served as an investment team member on Advanced Infusion Solutions, Integrated Petroleum Technologies, and G2 Integrated Solutions, with the primary responsibility of working alongside the senior management teams of these entities to execute on key company-wide initiatives.
Prior to Excellere Partners, Bryan worked at Madison Capital Funding, a market leading capital provider to middle market private equity funds. While working at Madison Capital Funding, Bryan underwrote and provided portfolio support to companies in a wide array of different industries.
Favorite Things
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. Colorado gives Bryan and his family the opportunity to take advantage of a number of their interests, including hiking, skiing and all sorts of various sports. Bryan remains active in his local community, serving on the Board of Directors at American Academy, the Finance and Audit Board at Regis Jesuit High School and the Investment (Endowment) Board at Regis Jesuit High School. Bryan also remains active with ACE Scholarships and Hope Haven Rwanda.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
