SNARF’S TO JOIN EASTRIDGE PLAZA IN AURORA
Denver, Colorado – Armstrong Capital Development, LLC announces that Snarf’s Sandwiches will soon open a new location at Eastridge Plaza in Aurora, Colorado. The award-winning, family-owned sandwich concept is expected to open at 3095 South Peoria Street before the end of the year.

Founded in 1996, Boulder-based Snarf’s Sandwiches offers guests a selection of hot toasted, made-to-order sandwiches, fresh salads and soups with a focus on premium ingredients served up in a fun, laid back atmosphere. The rapidly emerging brand currently has more than 25 locations in Colorado, St. Louis and Austin, Texas with plans to open another 30 restaurants by 2025. Among recent accolades, Snarf’s has been named best sandwich concept by Colorado Daily, 5280 Magazine, Westword, Boulder Weekly and others.
ACD acquired Eastridge Plaza in 2021 with designs on reinventing the dated retail site with modern casual aesthetics to capitalize on its walkability and complement the emerging vibe of the surrounding trade area. A slate of new improvements are underway, including new building facades, storefronts and parapets; refurbished site work and landscaping; and new monument signage. Redevelopment work is expected to wrap by end of June.
Eastridge Plaza resides at the heart of Aurora’s Nine Mile Urban Renewal Area and offers exceptional convenience and visibility to The Point at Nine Mile Station, a 22-anchor mixed-use transit-oriented redevelopment project anchored by a newly constructed King Soopers grocery center and fueling station.
