MODERN MARGARITA TO JOIN THE PLANT SHOPS IN CHANDLER

Denver, Colorado – Armstrong Capital Development, LLC announces that Modern Margarita will soon open a new location at The Plant Shops in Chandler, Arizona. The ten-year deal, brokered on behalf of Armstrong by the Common Bond Development Group, is for a 2,555 square foot end cap unit with an additional 1,100 square feet of planned patio dining. The gourmet small plate Mexican concept is expected to open at 4165 South Gilbert Road in 2022.

Modern Margarita will round out the rent roll at the grocery-anchored center, joining an impressive stable of daily needs retailers and quick serve restaurant tenants including Teriyaki Madness, AT&T, Dunkin’ Donuts, Tryst Café, Gather Loft, Zoyo and others. Located with prime frontage on the South Gilbert Road retail corridor, the tenants at The Plant Shops enjoy an exceptional location situated between the center’s Sprouts Farmers Market anchor and a new Fry’s Marketplace grocery center located directly across the street. The property further benefits from some of the most desirable demographics in the entire Phoenix market, including an average annual household income exceeding $144,000 within a one-mile radius.
