CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: WALMART AT EAGLE MOUNTAIN

On August 30th, ACD successfully delivered the project's 20.3-acre site to Walmart in pad-ready condition following a smooth four-month construction period encompassing a broad scope of grading, utilities, access, infrastructure and other site development work. Walmart has since mobilized at the site. Walmart's scope of construction is expected to feature an approximately 200,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter and a Walmart-branded fueling station.

Walmart is expected to complete construction of its Supercenter by the summer of 2025. We are excited to watch this development unfold.
