CELEBRATING TWO YEARS WITH ALEX BARBER AT ACD

Armstrong Capital Development (ACD) proudly celebrates Alex Barber's 2nd anniversary with the company. Alex joined ACD in August 2022 as a Development Analyst and was promoted to Investment Associate in 2024. He has played a vital role in underwriting, supporting acquisitions, and developing ground-up construction projects across ACD's diverse portfolio. Alex’ diverse background contributed to his success as a key deal team member on numerous projects across all ACD’s geographies and asset classes.

Before joining ACD, Alex spent six years at Cherry Creek Mortgage as a top-producing underwriter, earning several industry certifications, including a Direct Endorsement (DE) from HUD. His robust background in economics and finance has been a significant asset to our team.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys flyfishing, running, traveling, and classic cars. He values spending quality time with family and friends. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Business Certificate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.

As we celebrate this milestone, we look forward to Alex's continued contributions and successes at ACD.
