CELEBRATING ADAM HUFF’S 2ND ANNIVERSARY AT ACD

August 6, 2024.  We are thrilled to celebrate Adam Huff's 2nd anniversary with ACD this month. Since joining the team as Director of Development in August 2022, Adam has made a tremendous impact in the trajectory of our portfolio, quickly building an impressive track record of self-storage and small bay industrial acquisitions across the Intermountain West. His ability to identify opportunities that align perfectly with our company's vision has been instrumental in driving our continued growth and success.

Adam joined ACD following two decades of experience in commercial real estate, previously  overseeing  major redevelopment projects in downtown Denver and throughout Colorado in his role as Director of Development at Hines. His extensive background also includes roles at Greystar, Oakwood RE Partners, Forum Real Estate Group, and BuildMark Development.

Adam is not only a dedicated professional but also an avid traveler, mountain biker, and community volunteer. He enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his wife, Laura, and their English Labradors, Walter and Pete. His academic credentials include dual master’s degrees in Real Estate and Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder Leeds School of Business.
