In 2006, Greg and Jarrett Armstrong founded Armstrong Capital Development out of a small shared office space to provide investors with access to private commercial real estate on the Colorado Front Range. With a focus on local, hands-on investing, they set out to earn a reputation for proven performance and adherence to the highest standards of diligence and service. ACD has since those early days grown to include a dedicated team of professionals managing investments across the Intermountain West, together representing a comprehensive platform integrating capital management, acquisitions, asset and property management, property accounting, and investor relations expertise. Now deploying our fifth committed real estate fund, our offerings have expanded to include a diverse portfolio of opportunistic and core plus investment vehicles designed to cater to a range of investor appetites.  Along the way, we’ve navigated unprecedented market challenges, embraced innovative approaches to value creation, and developed relationships built to last – never losing focus on the mandate set out by our founders on Day 1. Much like our company, our logo has evolved over the years, always orienting toward growth while remaining grounded in the past. As we mark this milestone, and enthusiastically look ahead to new opportunities in 2024, we extend heartfelt gratitude for our valued investors and operating partners, and remain committed as always to delivering sustainable investment returns through best-in-class acquisition, development, and asset management strategies.
