Denver, Colorado – Armstrong Capital Development, LLC announces today that it has entered a lease with Nékter Juice Bar for an inline unit at Shops at Laveen Village in Laveen Village, Arizona. The award-winning modern juice bar concept is scheduled to open at 5130 West Baseline Road in summer 2022.
Nékter lands at the only previously available space at Laveen, rounding out a well-balanced offering of fast casual dining, daily needs and financial services retailers including Starbucks, Chipotle, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo, Great Clips, HonorHealth Urgent Care and others. Anchored by the #1 Fry’s Food and Drug in Phoenix Metro based on customer count per square foot (source: Placer.ai), the property enjoys enviable visibility and convenience to more than 63,660 vehicles per day at the West Baseline Road and S. 51st Avenue intersection.
