Denver, Colorado – Armstrong Capital Development, LLC is pleased to announce that it has entered a long-term lease with Integrity Medical Systems for a medical retail facility at Belleview Connection in Littleton, Colorado. ACD will convert approximately 10,000 square feet of flex retail-industrial space for the diagnostic imaging equipment provider’s sales operations. Integrity Medical is expected to open at the center in October 2022.
Since ACD’s recent redevelopment of Belleview Connection, which included sitewide remodeling, refurbishment and new construction initiatives, the center has become a lifestyle destination featuring a balance of fitness, personal services, quick-serve restaurants and other daily needs retailers. Integrity Medical will join a complementary stable of operators including Planet Fitness, CorePower Yoga, Black Rock Coffee, Dairy Queen, Subway, Taco Bell, Metro by T-Mobile, Advance Auto Parts, Dollar Tree and others. Located with premium access and visibility to approximately 38,000 vehicles per day on the Belleview Avenue retail corridor, the newly remodeled Belleview Connection boasts convenient proximity to an adjacent King Soopers grocery center as well as strong trade area demographics featuring a population of 99,949 and an average household income of $97,483 within a 3-mile radius.
