Denver, CO - April 29, 2024 –ACD announced today that Tony Goff has joined as vice president of self-storage management. Goff brings over ten years of experience in commercial real estate and self-storage operations.

Based in the Denver office, Goff is responsible for the strategic development of ACD’s self-storage management arm, BriteLock Storage. In this role, he directs property and asset management functions for the company’s portfolio of self-storage facilities, collaborates with the investment team on sourcing and diligence initiatives, and oversees the ongoing development of the company’s self-storage management functions with a focus on forward-thinking innovation and smart, scalable growth.

Before joining ACD, Tony held key leadership positions in the real estate industry, including Regional Manager at NSA-Storage and Director of Operations at Brady Sullivan-True Storage, where he managed extensive property portfolios with a focus on self-storage. He most recently served as Vice President of Operations at TriCore Investment Group/Peoples Choice Storage, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of properties spanning 756,000 square feet.
