ACD BREAKS GROUND FOR WALMART SUPERCENTER RETAIL PROJECT IN EAGLE MOUNTAIN, UTAH

ACD is thrilled to announce that we have shovels in the ground for our Walmart Supercenter in Eagle Mountain, Utah. With the acquisition of a 20.3-acre parcel in the vibrant Provo-Orem market, ACD is set to develop a prime retail destination.

This joint development project will feature a 200,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter along with a Walmart fueling station / C-store. Strategically positioned at the NW corner of Spring Run Parkway and Hwy 73 in Eagle Mountain, the site offers optimal access to both Provo and Salt Lake City, ensuring its role as a pivotal retail hub.
