ACD ANNOUNCES LEASE WITH TERIYAKI MADNESS AT SAND HILL IN COLORADO SPRINGS

Denver, Colorado – Armstrong Capital Development, LLC has today announced that it has leased the last remaining available space at its Sand Hill Phase I multi-tenant retail building in Colorado Springs to Teriyaki Madness. The fast casual Asian restaurant is expected to open for business at 7895 Silicon Heights in winter 2022. ACD expects to wrap construction on the center’s Phase II multi-unit retail building this summer and is actively marketing its remaining available retail space.
Teriyaki Madness will join a diverse offering of retailers at Sand Hill, including 7-Eleven, Christian Bros. Automotive, Tropical Smoothie, Freddy’s Steakburgers, AT&T, Sand Hill Dental Care and others. Located at the heavily trafficked northeast corner of Marksheffel Road and Constitution Avenue, the center offers high-profile visibility to more than 37,000 vehicles per day and convenient signalized access to the top performing King Sooper’s Marketplace in Claremont Ranch.
Teriyaki Madness, a fast-casual Asian restaurant concept featuring a Seattle Teriyaki menu that offers made-to-order Teriyaki dishes prepared with all natural, fresh ingredients. The brand was recently recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as a Franchise 500 company and by Franchise Business Review for their Top 50 Franchise Satisfaction award for 2015 and 2016. Teriyaki Madness was founded in Denver in 2003 and currently has franchise agreements for nearly 150 locations across the U.S.
