Mitchell Rand joined ACD as an Investment Associate in August 2024, bringing a robust background inreal estate private equity transactions. At ACD, Mitchell is engaged in all facets of underwriting,developing and managing investments.
Before joining ACD, Mitchell gained five years of experience in the real estate private equity sector in Denver, CO. He held positions at Resource Land Holdings and Westside Investment Partners, where he was involved in all stages of the deal cycle for a diverse range of real estate asset classes, including land development and commercial properties. His previous roles provided him with deep expertise in financial modeling, market research, and contract negotiations.
Favorite Things
Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, and golfing, and he is an avid follower of New England’s professional sports teams.
Education
Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting from the University of Denver.
