ACD WELCOMES WINGSTOP TO EASTRIDGE PLAZA IN AURORA

Denver, Colorado – ACD is excited to announce that quick-serve wing favorite Wingstop will soon join Eastridge Plaza in Aurora, Colorado. The fast casual restaurant is expected to open at 3095 South Peoria Street in 2024.

Wingstop will join a diverse stable of quick-serve restaurants and other daily needs retailers at the newly revitalized center, including Snarf’s Sandwiches, 7-Eleven and more.

Located at the heart of Aurora's Nine Mile Urban Renewal Area, Eastridge Plaza offers enviable convenience and visibility directly across the street from The Point at Nine Mile Station, a vibrant mixed-use transit-oriented development anchored by a brand-new King Soopers grocery center and fueling station. Eastridge Plaza enjoys prime frontage on high-traffic routes, making it a prime destination for businesses and shoppers alike. ACD acquired Eastridge Plaza in 2021 with plans to redevelop the 32,875 square foot site from a struggling retail center into a modern and inviting neighborhood amenity with new building facades, storefronts, landscaping, and monument signage. Remodeling initiatives are slated for completion by the end of 2023. ACD will manage the property from its Denver office.
